2. Intellectual Property
All original artwork, characters, product designs, product names, text, branding elements, and other creative assets created for or displayed by BrownBelleChic® are the exclusive intellectual property of BrownBelleChic®. This includes AI‑generated works and other digital assets created specifically for BrownBelleChic®.
Product mockups may include models or staging elements provided by third‑party platforms (such as Printify) and are used solely for display purposes. BrownBelleChic® does not claim ownership over any third‑party mockup assets.
No part of BrownBelleChic®’s original creative content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used in any manner without prior written permission. All rights are reserved.
3. Products & Availability
BrownBelleChic® offers both made‑to‑order items and in‑house fulfilled items. Made‑to‑order products are produced through third‑party partners and may vary in availability. Stickers and magnets are stocked and fulfilled directly by BrownBelleChic®, though certain production steps may be completed by external partners.
Certain items may be limited or discontinued without notice.
4. Pricing
Prices are subject to change at any time. Applicable taxes and shipping fees may be added at checkout or invoicing.
5. Orders & Payment
Retail Orders:
Retail purchases are processed through Etsy. All payments, order confirmations, and retail customer service follow Etsy’s systems and policies.
Wholesale Orders:
Wholesale orders are placed by email and invoiced through Square. Payment must be submitted in full before production begins.
6. Shipping & Fulfillment
BrownBelleChic® uses a combination of third‑party production partners and in‑house fulfillment. Made‑to‑order items are produced and shipped by third‑party partners, including Printify and Sticker Mule, and timelines may vary by product.
Stickers and magnets are stocked and fulfilled directly by BrownBelleChic®, though certain production steps may be completed by external partners. Shipping timelines may differ between made‑to‑order items and in‑house inventory.
BrownBelleChic® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, production partners, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns & Exchanges:
BrownBelleChic® accepts returns on select items depending on how they are fulfilled.
In‑House Fulfilled Items (such as stickers and magnets):
These items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with Etsy’s return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Made‑to‑Order Items:
Made‑to‑order products are produced specifically for each order and cannot be returned. If a made‑to‑order item arrives damaged or defective, a replacement will be provided.
Personalized Items:
Personalized items (including monogrammed or custom‑engraved products) are final sale and cannot be returned. If a personalized item arrives damaged or defective, a replacement will be provided.
Cancellations:
Cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing an order. After this window, production may have begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
Wholesale Orders:
Wholesale orders are final sale. Defective items may be replaced at our discretion. Refunds are not offered on wholesale orders.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrownBelleChic® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
