3. Products & Availability

All products are made‑to‑order through third‑party production partners. Availability may change at any time, and certain items may be limited or discontinued without notice.

4. Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time. Applicable taxes and shipping fees may be added at checkout or invoicing.

5. Orders & Payment

 

Retail Orders:

Retail purchases are processed through Etsy. All payments, order confirmations, and retail customer service follow Etsy’s systems and policies.

Wholesale Orders:

Wholesale orders are placed by email and invoiced through Square. Payment must be submitted in full before production begins.

​

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are produced and fulfilled by third‑party partners, including Printify and Sticker Mule. Production and shipping timelines may vary.

 

BrownBelleChic® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, production partners, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

 

Retail Orders:

Retail returns follow Etsy’s policies.

 

Made‑to‑Order Items:

All products are made‑to‑order. For this reason, returns are not accepted.

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of placing an order. After this window, production may have begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders are final sale. Defective items may be replaced at our discretion. Refunds are not offered on wholesale orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrownBelleChic® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products.

 

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
